Wedding preparations???

Found an orange GTR the other day at vivo... hmm... nice!!

Darling's not around for afew day, so a Sunday's off day is spent alone at home, sick rite.. oh well
Bought 2 bridal mag today n some other stuff, yup, planning for wedding dinner n etc..
I'm quite lost, actually dunno where to start, too many things, too much money involved.
For now, we actually got nth planned.. only flat ready in 2011, so we need to ROM by then...
N i need to plan my annual leave for next yr so i'm kinda forced to make decisions.
I guess if we're left alone n with no pressures, we will leave marriage till much later...
Too stressful, putting on a 'show' 4 pple... too much work... i think e only nice thing is that i get to wear pretty long long gowns n get to keep pics, yup... hai...

Heres an A to Z of planning a wedding from the style wedding... (ya,i'm that clueless)

Early Steps:
  1. Book a date at ROM (3mths b4)
  2. Find 2 above 21 yrs old solemnisation witness
  3. Register with ROM
  4. Decide on your wedding vows -personalise
  5. Attend a marriage preparation course

Dinner planning:

  1. Pick a date-give yourself enough time to plan
  2. Decide on the kind of wedding- Traditional, casual or formal
  3. Choose a theme
  4. Confirm and priortise your budget, discuss with your families and partner who pays 4 what
  5. Check for available venues, number of guests

Dream gown:

  1. Start shopping 6mths before
  2. Get recommendations of good bridal shops
  3. Try on various styles
  4. Wear a nude strapless bra, bring along shoes for your fitting
  5. Decide if you wanna rent or buy the gowns

Other stuff:

  1. Bouquets
  2. Invitations
  3. wedding gifts
  4. Food
  5. Entertainment
  6. Decorations
  7. Toasting

Pictures:

  1. Decide on your style-posed or candid
  2. Ask ard for recommendations
  3. Find a photographer u can get along with

Honeymoon:

  1. Plan in advance
  2. Stick to your budget
  3. Plan an itinerary
  4. Choose a flight a few days after the wedding to give you enough time to recover
  5. Look for all=inclusive packages

Think i've gotta come up with my own list... this is so not comprehensive, i dun really think that the websites n bridal mag is useful, dun really like aany pics n gowns in the mag too... hmmm.. i think i'm difficult to please...
