I don't think the place is very pretty, n it's not our first choice, i rather a premium flat... but whatever la, we tried n failed too many time, this flat we got is actually left over, n HDB have increased the price many times... we paid much more compared to pple who bought the place earlier... yup... well, we din wan to drag any longer, age is catching up... hahaha...
